Well, for starters we don’t hire out your job to a parade of subcontractor’s and disappear. We are either doing the work ourselves or actively monitoring our subcontractor’s progress. And we are communicators. Weather via email or phone or in person we will stay in contact with you throughout the course of the project, keeping you up to date on progress or any developments that might occur. You can rest assured that we are going through the project with you.

Who are we? We are two friendly guys (brothers) who grew up building and remodeling houses with our father in Vermont. He was a lifelong builder/remodeler and an excellent teacher. He passed away at the end of 2006 but not before passing on a lifetime of construction and remodeling knowledge.
Jacob Bendick: At my father’s company I grew up building and remodeling houses. I started at his company as a teenager. Over time I progressed from the simplest jobs, like digging holes and pulling nails, to taking over more complex tasks such as framing, building codes, leading crews and the other aspects of running a construction business. After college and working at other construction companies I moved to Oregon with my wife and shortly after formed this company. I convinced my father and brother to also come here and soon we were all working together. Thanks to a lot of great customers who have spread the word about our work we are continuing to provide great remodeling services in the greater Portland area.
Jason Bendick: I started working with my father just after high school at his company in Vermont. I also worked in remodeling in California until coming to Oregon in 2005 to join up with my brother in this company. Where my brother was more interested in the behind the scenes work (business, framing, etc.) I quickly became interested in the finishes and details of remodeling. My specialty is working on the finer points of the project that you will see everyday. My specialties are things like trim work, cabinets, flooring, sheetrock but most especially tile work. I am predominately the lead on the job, doing the work and directing my assistants. I’m there to get the job done but more importantly make sure you are happy with our finished product.
The different training we received allows us to complement each other and offer our clients the best service.
