Services

Bathrooms and Floors
Kitchens and Trim Work
Residential and Small Commercial
Remodeling and Additions
Basement and Attic Conversions
How it works:
1) We will come to your home to meet you and look at your project. We do not charge for this service.
2) After talking with you about what your project entails, we will take down the appropriate information and measurements we need to give you a bid.
3) Within a few days, we will email you with a risk free quote for your job. We make our best effort to be very thorough. We take into consideration all know aspects of the project to give you the most accurate cost possible. Keep in mind some things cannot be calculated into the price after the initial meeting. For example: jobs requiring complex plumbing or electrical work will need to be verified onsite by our plumber or electrician. Moving or removing load bearing walls often requires calculations by an engineer
4) If you are comfortable with us and you find the price acceptable we will set up a time to sign a contract, gather any further information that we need and get started.

  • How it works (our remodeling process):

Step 1) We will come to your home to meet you and look at your project. We do not charge for this service.

Step 2) After talking with you about what your project entails, we will take down the appropriate information and measurements we need to give you a bid.

Step 3) Within a few days, we will email you with a risk free quote for your job. We make our best effort to be very thorough. We take into consideration all know aspects of the project to give you the most accurate cost possible. Everything is broken down into line items so you know exactly what each item costs. That way if you change your mind you can keep track of the cost and scope of the job as you pick and choose. Any items for which the final cost is ultimately your decision, we will provide allotments. That way you have the flexibility to choose the items you want (sink fixtures, lighting, etc…) but have an idea of the overall cost of the project.

Step 4) If you are comfortable with us and you find the price acceptable we will set up a time to sign a contract, gather any further information that we need and get started. Around this time in the process is where you will be making your materials selections (tile, accessories, cabinets/vanities, etc…) for all the items in the bid labeled “Allotments”.

Step 5) All materials are now delivered to the job and we begin work.

Step 6) Once the project is complete we sign the final paperwork and you can begin to enjoy your remodeled home.
